Description
PRB COLOR MINÉRAL PLUS is a potassium silicate mineral based paint which can be used on interior and exterior walls, for new build, heritage, lime based substrates and refurbishment applications.
Thanks to its composition, PRB COLOR MINÉRAL PLUS offers many advantages:
Excellent water vapour permeability, which allows the masonry to breathe.
Forms a hard, insoluble surface layer that is perfectly bonded to the substrate.
Excellent coverage, highly resistance to dirt and grime.
Not affected by moss, mildew, etc.
Excellent resistance to highly aggressive environments,
Excellent UV resistance,
Non-combustible.
SUITABLE SUBSTRATES
Concrete or masonry substrates including those, coated with hydraulic render.
Traditional air-slaked lime renders.
Brick and stone.
Asbestos cement.
Old silicate paints with good adhesion.
Plaster.
UNSUITABLE FOR:
Floors.
Horizontal surfaces (except fascias, cornices, narrow window sills and the undersides of balconies).
Metal.
